WARREN, Pa. – The YDL Sports Network will be broadcasting all five District 9 baseball and softball championship games on Memorial Day, Monday, May 29.
In softball, all from Heindl Field in DuBois, the Class 1A championship game between DuBois Central Catholic and Elk County Catholic, powered by NAPA Auto Parts will get things going at 11 a.m., followed by the Class 4A championship game between St. Marys and Clearfield powered by Rolley Family Chiropractic at 1 p.m. and the Class 2A championship game between Cranberry and Curwensville powered by the Allegheny Grille at 3 p.m.
In baseball, the Class 2A championship game between Karns City and Redbank Valley, powered by Oil Country Crates will be at 12 p.m. from Showers Field in DuBois, followed by the Class 1A championship game between DuBois Central Catholic and Clarion powered by the Friends of Clarion Baseball at 3 p.m. from Showers Field.
Airtime from Heindl Field in DuBois for the DCC/ECC game will be at 10:45 a.m., with all subsequent air times 15 minutes prior to the start of each game. Andy Close will have the call of the softball games.
The Karns City/Redbank Valley baseball game will have an airtime of 11:45 a.m., with airtime of the Clarion/DCC game 15 minutes prior to first pitch.
Chris Rossetti will have the call of the baseball action.
