St. Marys’ Hayes Captures Fourth Straight D9 2A Singles Tennis Title

KERSEY, Pa. – St. Marys’ Samantha Hayes captured her fourth straight District 9 Class 2A singles title Tuesday knocking off teammate Lilla Lion.

Full Bracket

Hayes beat Lion by scores of 6-0, 6-1 at the Fox Township Tennis Courts in Kersey.

Hayes and Lion had advanced to the title match with a pair of wins each Monday.
