SHARON, Pa. – District 10 released its proposed region realignment for the next two-year cycle, 2024-25 and 2025-26.

The proposed regions still need to be approved by the district.
Among the changes include a difference in the juggernaut of Region 3 in football from this past two-year cycle.
The region included Sharpsville, Farrell, Wilmington, Greenville, Hickory, Sharon, Slippery Rock and Grove City.
In the new proposed regions, Region 4 would consist of Hickory, Sharon, Slippery Rock, Grove City, Conneaut and Titusville, while Region 1 would consist of Wilmington, Reynolds, Kennedy Catholic, Farrell, Sharpsville and Mercer.
Greenville would move into Region 2 with Cochranton, Cambridge Springs, Maplewood, Lakeview and Saegertown.
The other regions in football include:
Region 2: Eisenhower, Union City, Iroquois, Northwestern, Seneca, Mercyhurst Prep
Region
Region 5: Fairview, Fort LeBoeuf, Girard, North East, Harbor Creek, Corry
Region 6: Franklin, Oil City, Warren, Meadville, General McLane
Region 7: Cathedral Prep, Erie, McDowell
Other fall sports, including boys and girls’ soccer, volleyball, boys and girls golf, girls’ tennis and boys and girls’ cross country would see a few minor changes, but remain largely similar.
The biggest changes in any of those sports would be in volleyball, where some minor shifting would happen in order to align those programs that will have a different classification in the next cycle.
