Redbank Valley’s Harmon Repeats as KSAC Girls’ Basketball MVP; 2024 All-KSAC Teams Named

TIONESTA, Pa. – Redbank Valley’s Mylee Harmon has been voted the KSAC girls’ basketball MVP for the second consecutive year.

Harmon led the Lady Bulldogs to the KSAC regular-season title and the top seed in the upcoming KSAC playoffs. Redbank Valley finished conference play a perfect 9-0 and is 16-5 heading into Monday’s regular-season finale against Johnsonburg.

Averaging 18.6 ppg, Harmon, a junior, is the third-leading scorer in the KSAC this season. She has scored 25 or more points eight times so far this season.

Harmon is joined on the first-team All-KSAC team by Moniteau senior Catherine Kelly (18.8 ppg), North Clarion senior Lily Homan (19.8 ppg), Redbank Valley sophomore Addy Bond (14.0 ppg), and Clarion senior Taylor Alston (13.2 ppg).


The second team is Karns City’s Brooklyn Taylor and Naomi Venesky, Moniteau’s Kendall Sankey, Keystone’s Ashlee Albright, and Clarion’s Sophie Babington.

The third team is North Clarion’s Ainsley Hartle and Brooke Steinman, Redbank Valley’s Kira Bonnano and Izzy Bond, and Clarion-Limestone’s Jenna Dunn.

The MVP and the all-conference teams were voted on by the league’s coaches.
