ERIE, Pa. – Tyler Grove surpassed 1,000 career points and led McDowell to an important 77-46 Region 7 win over Meadville.

The win keeps the Trojans (18-3 overall, 9-2 Region 7) in a first-place tie with Erie, with both teams having one game left to play in the regular season.
Grove reached the milestone on a runner early in the third quarter, becoming the 18th McDowell player to reach the milestone.
Kamden Kramer added 16 points in the win for McDowell.
Lucas Luteran led Meadville (12-9, 7-4) with 17 points, while Jack Burchard tallied 16.
