Kasmierski, Amacher Lead Ridgway Girls Past Bradford; Behind Presser-Palmer Northwestern Tops Eisenhower

BRADFORD, Pa. – Jenna Kasmierski and Gabby Amacher combined to score 31 points as visiting Ridgway rolled to a 57-36 win over Bradford.

Kasmierski had a game-high 16 points while adding seven rebounds, four steals, and four blocks, while Amacher had 15 points and six assists.

Kristen Ellenberger added 11 points for the Lady Elkers (5-1) with Sara Zameroski adding eight tallies.

Haley Kane scored a game-high 17 points for Bradford (1-5) with Alyssa Johnson adding seven points.

                                      

NORTHWESTERN 57, EISENHOWER 35

ALBION, Pa. – Makyla Presser-Palmer scored 22 points as Northwestern topped Eisenhower, 57-35.

Northwestern went on a 13-2 run in the second quarter to take a 28-10 halftime lead.

Brooke Miller netted 12 points and Chloe Yazembiak 11 for Northwestern.

Clara Steinberg had 20 points for Eisenhower

                          

CLAYSBURG-KIMMEL 45, CURWENSVILLE 38

CLAYSBURG, Pa. – Bailey Tipton led a balanced Claysburg-Kimmel attack with 14 points in a 45-38 home win over Curwensville.

Zailee Bush added 10 points in the win.

Karleigh Freyer paced Curwensville (0-5) with 13 points.
