TIONESTA, Pa. – Clarion’s Kam Kerle and Keystone’s Talon Wilson both shot a 34 to tie for medalist honors as Clarion won Thursday’s KSAC Mega Match at Hunter’s Station Golf Club.
The Bobcats finished with a team score of 196, followed by Cranberry at 209, Keystone at 210, Clarion-Limestone at 211, Moniteau at 212, A-C Valley/Union at 218, North Clarion at 222 and Forest Area at 244.
Also shooting under 40 were Clarion’s Devon Lauer (36), Keystone’s Sean King (36), A-C Valley/Union’s Joe Rapp (37), Cranberry’s Cayden Baker (37), Keystone’s Braden Baylor (38) and North Clarion’s Mason Shaftic (39).
Clarion’s Lucas Mitrosky, as well as C-L’s Nick Aaron and Jack Craig all shot 40s.
GROVE CITY BOYS WIN D10 REGION 4 MEGA MATCH
HERMITAGE, Pa. – Isaac Allen shot an 82 as the Eagles (348), edged West Middlesex (350) in Thursday’s Region 4 Mega Match at Tam O’Shanter.
West Middlesex’s Caden Bender shot a 74 to earn medalist honors.
Also for Grove City, Logan Goodrich shot an 85, Trent Nemec an 87 and Cody Hamilton a 94.
Wilmington was third in the team standings with 355, followed by Sharon at 386, Slippery Rock at 448 and Sharpsville at 459.
Wilmington’s Santino Toscano shot an 82, Kaitlyn Hoover shot an 83 and Lindsey Hoover shot an 85, while West Middlesex’s Bowen Briggs also shot an 85.
OSWAYO VALLEY GIRLS TOP COUDERSPORT
COUDERSPORT, Pa. – Rylee Thompson shot a 45 to lead Oswayo Valley to a 32-17 win over Coudersport at the Coudersport Golf Club’s back nine on Thursday.
Shayden Mesler shot a 55 for OV, while Danielle Williams had a 65 and Rachel Rathbun a 70.
Savannah Gill shot a 62 for Coudersport, while Nina Sillick and Josie Chang both carded 76s.
