Q&A

Q: How did you get involved in playing sports?
A: My parents both played sports and introduced them to me.

Q: What is the most enjoyable thing you have ever had happen to you on an athletic field?
A: Getting the team into overtime in our West Shamokin game. I deflected an inbound pass and threw it to Catherine Kelly for a layup which tied the game.

Q: If you could go to any event (it doesn’t have to be a sporting event) in the world, what would it be and why? *
A: I think I’d go to the Olympics. I think the experience would be very exciting to watch some of the best athletes in the world compete against one another.

Q: What teacher has had the most impact on you in school? Why?
A: Probably my fourth-grade teacher Mrs. Shearer. She has taught me many lessons that have helped me become the person I am today.

Q: Do you have any superstitions in any of the sports you play?
A: When I golf, I always have a bun in. No matter if it’s a low or high one, I wear a bun because I believe I golf better when I do.

Q: You have one day where you can do anything your heart desires. Cost is not a factor. What would it be?
A: I would go to Europe and travel through all the different countries trying a bunch of food along the way.

Q: If you could go back in time, where would you go and why?
A: I’d go back to the 1980’s or 90’s so I could watch some of the greatest basketball players play in the present instead of watching the games on TV.

Q: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the question/answer?
A: No.
