Q&A

Q: How did you get involved in playing sports?
A: I started playing soccer at age four, as soon as I was old enough to play a team sport. Once I turned seven, I joined the Shamrocks Football Team and fell in love with the game of football. I played from ages 7-13 on the Shamrocks and then joined the Crusaders Varsity Football team my freshman year. I played basketball starting in 4th grade at St. Leo’s until 8th grade, and then went to ECC where I play for the Crusaders basketball team.

Q: What is the most enjoyable thing you have ever had happen to you on an athletic field?
A: In my junior football season in 2022, I scored five touchdowns in our game against Otto-Eldred. That was fun.

Q: If you could go to any event (it doesn’t have to be a sporting event) in the world, what would it be and why? *
A: I would love to visit Monaco again, and this time watch an F1 race live.

Q: What teacher has had the most impact on you in school? Why?
A: Mrs. Dori Sekelsky, when I attended St. Leo’s. She was my theology teacher in grades fifth through eighth and taught me everything I know about Catholicism.

Q: Do you have any superstitions in any of the sports you play?
A: I wear the same pair of boxers for every football game.

Q: You have one day where you can do anything your heart desires. Cost is not a factor. What would it be?
A: I would go out and buy a Porsche 911 GT3 RS and drive it all day long.

Q: If you could go back in time, where would you go and why?
A: I would like to travel back to the time of the dinosaurs to see them
in person, because I think they are cool.

Q: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the question/answer?
A: No, the questions were good.
