Q&A

Q: How did you get involved in playing sports?
A: I have always played sports – from little league, rec soccer, and flag football. I didn’t start playing high school football until my junior year. ECC was in danger of not having a season and I signed up so my cousin could play in his senior season.

Q: What is the most enjoyable thing you have ever had happen to you on an athletic field?
A: The most enjoyable thing to happen to me on the athletic field was hitting a go-ahead double during the legion baseball season. That hit got me out of a slump.

Q: If you could go to any event (it doesn’t have to be a sporting event) in the world, what would it be and why? *
A: If I could go to any event, it would be a Colter Wall concert.

Q: What teacher has had the most impact on you in school? Why?
A: The teacher with the most impact was Mrs. Susan Bon in middle school. She was kind, compassionate, and really helped me adjust to the structure of middle school.

Q: Do you have any superstitions in any of the sports you play?
A: This year ECC retired Fr. Eric Vogt’s jersey and all of the players were given a cross in his memory. I have to wear that cross every time I bat.

Q: You have one day where you can do anything your heart desires. Cost is not a factor. What would it be?
A: If money wasn’t a factor, I would love to go back to Disney in Florida. The Star Wars attractions are awesome.

Q: If you could go back in time, where would you go and why?
A: If I could go back in time, I would go back to watch Apollo 11 take off – the whole mission was awesome.

Q: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the question/answer?
A: No.
