West Middlesex Powers Past Greenville; Coudersport Pulls Away From Bradford

WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa. – Caitlin Stephens scored 18 points as West Middlesex earned a 48-21 non-region win over Greenville.

West Middlesex (11-2) led 30-9 at halftime on its way to the win.

Emma Mild was also in double figures for the Big Reds with 10 points.

Preslie Kirila led Greenville (6-7) with nine points, while Ella Tokar added six.

                                      

COUDERSPORT 46, BRADFORD 25

BRADFORD, Pa. – Strong second and fourth quarters helped Coudersport knock off homestanding Bradford, 46-25.

The Lady Falcons (8-3) scored 37 of their 46 points in those frames netting 19 in the second quarter and 18 in the fourth.

Sierra Myers led Coudersport with 13 points and nine rebounds while Laura Dunn added eight points, seven rebounds, and three steals.

Hallie Rigas also chipped in with seven points in the win with Savannah Myers adding five rebounds, four assists, three steals, and three points.

                          

Haley Keane had 12 points for Bradford (3-10).

SAEGERTOWN 45, MEADVILLE 29

MEADVILLE, Pa. – Lindsey Greco scored a game-high 20 points to lead Saegertown to a 45-29 win over Meadville.

Saegertown (6-8) went on a 16-3 run in the second quarter to take a 29-9 halftime lead.

Layilah Drakes was also in double figures for Saegertown with 14 points, while Lyndzee Amory added seven.

Megan Puleio had 11 points for Meadville (0-11) and Kiki Gongaware added 10.

UNION CITY 45, GIRARD 30

UNION CITY, Pa. – Brooke VanTassel scored 19 points to help Union City to a 45-30 win over Girard.

Union City (5-9) went on an 11-1 run in the second quarter to build a 25-8 halftime advantage on its way to the win.

Ava Greer was also in double figures for Union City with 12 points, while Cheyenne Cummings added nine.

                                   

Lily Polk had 11 points and Leah Pratt 10 for Girard (1-11).

FAIRVIEW 43, HICKORY 20

FAIRVIEW, Pa. – A 14-0 second quarter run helped Fairview to a 43-20 non-region win over Hickory.

Fairview (11-4) led 11-5 after the first quarter and 25-5 at halftime.

Paige Garrity led a balanced Fairview scoring effort with 12 points, while Riley Sholes had 11 and Bre Heidt nine.

Kimora Roberts and Addison Phillips had nine points each for Hickory (4-10).
