St. Marys’ Snelick Continues to Lead District 9 in Scoring through Games Feb. 1

ST. MARYS, Pa. – Jayssa Snelick of St. Marys continues to lead District 9 girls’ basketball in scoring through games played on Feb. 1.

Snelick averages 21.5 ppg, the lone District 9 player scoring 20 or more points.

North Clarion’s Lily Homan is second at 19.8 ppg, while Redank Valley’s Mylee Harmon is third at 18.9 ppg. Ridgway’s Jenna Kasmierski (18.1 ppg) and Moniteau’s Catherine Kelly (17.9 ppg) round out the Top Five.

In order to be eligible for the list, a player must appear in at least 60% of her team’s games.
