MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – The PIAA announced the sites and times for Tuesday’s basketball semifinal games.
Three D9/D10 teams remain in Tuesday’s slate, and two of them will meet for the right to play for the PIAA championship.
In Class 5A girls action, District 10 champion Cathedral Prep will take on WPIAL third-seed McKeesport at 6 p.m. in Slippery Rock University’s Morrow Field House.
At PennWest Edinboro’s McComb Fieldhouse there will be a rematch of the D10 Class 3A boys’ championship game, as D10 champion Girard faces D10 runner-up Franklin, with the winner advancing to the state championship. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
