McDowell senior Cooper Cousins picked up another honor on Friday when he was named to the Pennsylvania Coaches Select Class 6A All-State team.
Cousins earned the first team nod at center. He will be an early enrollee at Penn State and is considered one of the top interior offensive line prospects in the country by every major recruiting service.
Manheim Township’s Hayden Johnson was voted Player of the Year and North Allegheny’s Art Walker Coach of the Year.
Over 200 coaches from across Pennsylvania voted for the teams. The full Class 6A teams are listed below.
