Feb. 13, 2022 D10 Hoops: Kennedy Catholic Falls to Ohio Powerhouse St. Vincent-St. Mary

AKRON, OHIO – A big second half lifted host St. Vincent-St. Mary (Ohio) to an 88-47 win over Kennedy Catholic.

Kennedy hung with the Fighting Irish early, trailing just 18-13 after one quarter. SVSM extended the lead to 31-17 at halftime and went on a 29-12 run in the third quarter to put the game away.

Malik Lampkins-Rudolph had 21 points to lead Kennedy Catholic and Elijah Harden 12.

It was a balanced effort for SVSM, as Lance Hayes led the way with 17 points, while Ramar Pryor had 15 points, Illinois signee Sencire Harris 13 and Darrian Lewis 10.

All four of Kennedy Catholic’s (15-4) losses this season have come to teams from outside of District 10
