WARREN, Pa. – The votes are in for the Week 6 TapNPay+ District 9 and District 10 Soccer Players of the Week.
The Week 6 honors go to Karns City’s Hanna Dailey (District 9 girls), Fort LeBoeuf’s Jenna Popowski (District 10 girls), Forest Area’s Logan Bish (District 9 boys) and Mercyhurst Prep’s Santiago Camara (District 10 boys).
Dailey scored all three goals in Karns City’s 3-0 win over Brockway on Oct. 5.
Popowski, meanwhile, scored both goals in Fort LeBoeuf’s showdown victory over General McLane on Oct. 2.
For the boys, Bish scored the game-winning goal in double overtime of Forest’s 3-2 win over Oil City on Oct. 7.
Camara also had some late-game heroics, scoring the lone goal of the game in the second half of Mercyhurst Prep’s 1-0 win over Harbor Creek on Oct. 5.
