BROOKVILLE, Pa. – District 9 released the date, time, and locof its Class 1A and Class 2A football championship games.
The Class 2A game featuring top-seeded Karns City and second-seeded Ridgway will be at 7 p.m Friday, Nov. 19, at Varischetti Field in Brockway.
The Class 1A game between top-seeded Redbank Valley and second-seeded Union/A-C Valley will be at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19, at Clarion University’s Memorial Stadium.
Karns City advanced to the title game with a 35-7 win over Central Clarion County, while Ridgway beat Brookville, 26-6.
Redbank Valley rallied from an early 14-0 deficit to top Port Allegany, 35-14, and Union/A-C Valley held off Smethport, 14-8.
