WARREN, Pa. – Commodore Perry’s Wyatt Lazzar and Brookville’s Cole Householder are the inaugural TapNPay+ wrestling performances of the week for the 2024 season.
Lazar, the District 10 TapNPay+ honoree, had quite the week, winning a Tool City Tournament title at 145 pounds.
The win in the finals came via an 8-1 decision over Titusville’s Trenton Rodgers, and marked the milestone 100th career victory for Lazzar.
Householder, the District 9 TapNPay+ honoree, was impressive as well in earning an individual title at 145 pounds at the inaugural District 9 Wrestling League Championships.
Householder went 3-0 to get the finals, with all three of his wins coming via pin before outlasting St. Marys’ Jaden Wehler, 6-4 in sudden victory in the finals.
