Base: CASH tops Hickory; Lakeview Plays Long Ball in Win Over Jamestown Powered by N. Washington Rodeo

LINESVILLE, Pa. – Conneaut scored five runs in the fourth inning en route to a 7-1 win over Hickory.

Gavin White had three hits for CASH, while Ashton Headley, Greg Klink and Chase Stewart had two RBIs each.

Wyatt Kornman tossed five strong innings to get the win, allowing one run on three hits, striking out six and walking three.

Joey Cidala had a hit and an RBI each for Hickory.

LAKEVIEW 20, JAMESTOWN 2, 3 innings

                  

STONEBORO, Pa. – Cody Fagley and Maddox Bell hit two home runs each to power Lakeview past Jamestown, 20-2 in three innings.

Fagley drove in seven runs and Bell six. Lucas Fagley was 2-for-3 with an RBI and four runs scored for the Sailors, while Owen Dye had two hits and scored three runs.

Evan Reiser got the win, allowing two runs in three innings on five hits, striking out four.

Hoyt Kammerdiener had two RBIs for Jamestown.

FAIRVIEW 2, SENECA 1

                          

FAIRVIEW, Pa. – An error in the fifth inning gave Fairview the go-ahead run in a 2-1 win over Seneca.

Austin Hawley drove in a run for Fairview, while Tyler Benford and Chase Szklensk had two hits and a run scored each.

Szklenski, Benford and Eddie Doalnsky combined to allowed just three hits and strike out 12.

Lucas Rupp was 1-for-3 with an RBI for Seneca.

Rupp took the loss, giving up two runs (one earned) in six innings on eight hits, striking out six.

               

MEADVILLE 12, FRANKLIN 2, 6 innings

MEADVILLE, Pa. – Brighton Anderson had two doubles, part of a 3-hit, 2-RBI effort in Meadville’s 12-2 win over Franklin.

Rocco Tartaglione was 2-for-3 with two RBIs, two runs scored and a walk for the Bulldogs, while Aidan Kleist also had two hits.

Tartaglione went six innings to get the win, allowing two runs on five hits while striking out seven. Ian Miller also had two hits, two walk and an RBI for Meadville.

Alex Wible had two hits and an RBI for Franklin.

ERIE 7, FORT LEBOEUF 0

ERIE, Pa. – RJ Hawkins fired a 6-hit shutout as Erie blanked Fort LeBoeuf, 7-0.

Hawkins struck out seven without issuing a walk.

Dominic Fracassi was 2-for-4 with three RBIs for the Royals.
