Q&A

Q: How did you get involved in playing sports?
A: I first got involved in sports through the YMCA at an indoor soccer camp. (Glad I made the switch to football)

Q: What is the most enjoyable thing you have ever had happen to you on an athletic field?
A: The most enjoyable thing that I have ever had happen to me on the field is when I scored my first varsity touchdown! That is something I will never forget.

Q: If you could go to any event (it doesn’t have to be a sporting event) in the world, what would it be and why? *
A: If I could go to any event in the world it would be a Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl. I’ve been a Steelers fan ever since I was born, so I’ve always wanted to see in-person a Steelers Super Bowl win!

Q: What teacher has had the most impact on you in school? Why?
A: A teacher that has had the most impact on me in school is Mr. Stimmel because he has taught me to not take life so seriously and have fun in your life even if it means taking a day off from work. He has also taught me what I need to know for history.

Q: Do you have any superstitions in any of the sports you play?
A: My superstition in sports is doing the same pre-game routine for every home game from the time the end of the day bell at school rings to kickoff. That consists of Sheetz runs with the boys, ankle tape at a certain time and by a certain person, type of music and what song we listen to in the locker room, playing catch with Shawn outside the locker room, and putting eye black on with Shawn at a certain time. Everything has a time and place that’s why my routine is so strict, and why I’m superstitious about it.

Q: You have one day where you can do anything your heart desires. Cost is not a factor. What would it be?
A: If I had one day to do whatever my heart desires, I would go play golf at Augusta National golf course with the boys!

Q: If you could go back in time, where would you go and why?
A: If I could go back in time I would want to go watch a Biggie Smalls concert!

Q: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the question/answer?
A: No you hit it all!
