A: I come from a very competitive, sports-minded family. My first experiences with sports were basketball and youth football. I love all sports.

D9and10Sports: Who has been your biggest influence in life and why?
A: My family has been my biggest influence because they are my biggest supporters. Another big influence is Mr. Tom Minick. He was my very first basketball coach and has dedicated a lot of time to my basketball career. I have also been blessed with many awesome coaches in my career as well.

D9and10Sports: What is your favorite high school sports memory?
A: My favorite memory is scoring my 1,000th point. It was awesome to be able to accomplish something like that with my family and teammates around me to share this milestone.

D9and10Sports: What is your favorite social media platform and why?
A: Snapchat, because I get to keep in touch with family and friends.

D9and10Sports: What would someone who is meeting you for the first time be surprised to find out about you?
A: Someone who is meeting me for the first time would most likely be surprised to learn that I was a quarterback in youth football.

D9and10Sports: If there was one period in history you could go back to, what would it be and why?
A: I would go back to the 1990s, to be able to experience the championship years of the Chicago Bulls.

D9and10Sports: What will you tell your kids someday about living through the COVID-19 pandemic?
A: I would tell my kids that COVID created hardships for many people and changed life as we knew it, in ways that were unimaginable.

D9and10Sports: What is your ideal place to live? Country, City, Suburb and why?
A: Way out deep in the country, because I like quiet and privacy.

D9and10Sports: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the answer?
A: I wish you would have asked me about my future career plans. I will be pursuing a career in sports medicine so that I can continue to be a part of the sports world once I am no longer a participant.
