YDL Sports Network Teaming with New Brookville Sports Group to Provide Additional Live Streams in Winter Sports Season

WARREN, Pa. – The YDL Sports Network will be teaming up with a new group out of Brookville to provide additional live-streaming sporting events this winter

Brookville Sports, LLC is a group founded by members of the former radio station group in Brookville, including Nathan Sharp and Billy Blake, to provide video coverage of Raider basketball and wrestling.

“It just made perfect sense,” Chris Rossetti, co-owner of the YDL Sports Network said. “Nathan, Billy, and the crew, including Chad Weaver, Owen Weaver, and Dontae Constable, do a tremendous job covering Brookville athletics. Joining their new venture with what we have established at the YDL Sports Network and distributing content on both platforms just makes all the sense in the world.”

Brookville Sports, LLC is an independent company from the YDL Sports Network but the two companies will be sharing resources throughout the season like platform distribution and even announcers at times.

“The best part is this is in addition to what we are already doing on the YDL Sports Network,” Rossetti said. “We still have a robust schedule of events, most likely over 50 again this winter, we will be broadcasting on our own throughout both District 9 and District 10. Adding Brookville Sports, LLC to the mix just adds to the content people can view on our platforms.”

The plan is to embed Brookville Sports, LLC broadcasts on the YDL Sports Network website at D9and10sports.com while also distributing broadcasts through the YDL Sports Network YouTube Channel and Facebook pages as well as the Brookville Sports Facebook page.

That will start with action from the Brookville Tip-off basketball tournament Friday, Dec. 1, with both the Brookville vs. Clarion-Limestone girls’ game at 6 p.m. followed by the Brookville vs. Brockway boys’ game at 7:30 p.m.

On Saturday, Dec. 2, Brookville Sports will be broadcasting Raider wrestling action from the tournament in Greenville starting at 9:45 a.m., while the YDL Sports Network will team with the Weavers to provide coverage of the Brookville Tip-off Tournament championship games (girls at 3 p.m. and boys at 4:30 p.m.).

“We are thrilled that we have found a way to continue to provide Brookville and other area sports fans with Raider broadcasts,” Sharp said. “We know that people around the country have come to rely on us for Brookville sports coverage. Teaming up with the YDL Sports Network just made a lot of sense. Those guys have shown to be the area’s leader in providing sports coverage to both District 9 and District 10. We are looking forward to working with them.”
