YDL Sports Network/Mega Rock to Broadcast ECC at Brookville Boys Basketball Feb. 7

WARREN, Pa. – The D9 League title will be on the line when Brookville takes on Elk County Catholic in boys’ basketball from Brookville Tuesday, Feb, 7, and the game can be watched live on the YDL Sports Network as well as the Mega Rock Facebook page.

It is Turner Syndrome Awareness Night at Brookville.

Brookville comes into the contest at 16-2 overall and 7-1 in the D9 League, while ECC is 18-1 overall and 6-1 in league play.

A Raiders win and Brookville is assured of at least a tie for the league crown as they will have a one-game lead on ECC with just one conference game left and the teams having split the season series. And Brookville, the defending league champions, could claim the outright title with a win and a victory at Bradford Friday.

An ECC win, and the Crusaders are in the driver’s seat for the league title needing to win only one of their final two league games (Friday vs. St. Marys or Feb. 14 at Bradford) to secure the league crown as they would have swept Brookville.

In the first meeting, Dec. 16, ECC handed Brookville a 50-47 setback. That was the last time the Raiders lost, as they have won 13 in a row since that defeat.

Chris Rossetti and Andy Close will have the call of all the action, which once again can be watched on D9and10Sports.com as well as all of the YDL Sports Network social media channels and the Mega Rock Facebook page.
