Brookville, the second seed, enters the contest at 12-11 and is coming off a semifinal win over Kane Tuesday night.
Karns City, the top seed who had a bye into the title game, is 16-8.
The teams met in Brookville earlier in the year with Karns City coming away with a one-point win.
