CLARION 3, REDBANK VALLEY 0

CLARION, Pa. – Korrin Burns recorded 18 kills to lead Clarion to a 3-0 (25-9, 26-24, 25-5) win over visiting Redbank Valley.

Burns, who was named the Allegheny Grille of Foxburg Player of the Match, recorded 14 kills over the final two sets, including eight in the crucial second set.

Erica Selfridge added nine kills for Clarion with Arayana Girvin chipping in with five.

Alivia Huffman had three kills for Redbank Valley with Brynn Rearick recording 10 digs.

FORT LEBOEUF 3, VILLA MARIA 2

WATERFORD, Pa. – Lauren Dahn and Audrey Freiman combined for 24 kills to lead Fort LeBoeuf to a 3-2 (25-20, 22-25, 22-25, 25-14, 15-13) come-from-behind win over visiting Villa Maria.

                          

Dahn had 13 kills and added six digs with Freiman adding 11 kills. Kerringten Waslulewski (26 set assists) and Mackenzie Kulik (13 set assists) ran the offense for the Bison with Anna Bayer adding six kills and seven digs, Kelsie Skinner five kills and Jordan Popowski 14 digs.

Kasey Smith had 13 kills, two blocks and a dig for Villa Maris with Karlee Berchtold adding 12 kills, a block and an ace. Madeline Parks also had six kills, two aces and two digs for the Victors with Willa Regal running the offense with 23 set assists.

YOUNGSVILLE 3, EISENHOWER 1

YOUNGSVILLE, Pa. – Tanks to a strong all-around performance from Andrea Sveda, Youngsville beat Eisenhower, 3-1 (25-17, 24-26, 25-21, 25-18) at Youngsville.

Sveda had 12 kills, nine digs, seven aces and seven blocks to lead the Eagles.

Kamryn Weissinger chipped in nine kills, three aces and eight digs for Youngsville with Jena Wilson running the show with 31 set assists and adding three aces.

Paige Edwards paced Eisenhower with eight kills and a block, Bridget Gourley had five kills and five aces, Ryana Huffman ran the show with 13 set assists while adding seven aces and four kills and Emilie Jones chipped in four kills and three aces

CORRY 3, UNION CITY 0

UNION CITY, Pa. – Ciara Davis recorded 10 kills to lead visiting Corry to a 3-0 (25-12, 25-15, 25-12) win over Union City.

                        

Allison Zaczkiewcz ran the offense for the Beavers with 21 set assists while adding a pair of kills and nine digs. Rachel Brady chipped in five kills and eight digs, and Miranda Nickerson also had five kills. Taylor Eichynski paced the defense with 13 digs with Lindsey Mitchell adding nine digs and four aces.

KEYSTONE 3, KARNS CITY 0</strong.

KARNS CITY, Pa. – A team-wide effort helped visiting Keystone defeat Karns City, 3-0 (25-18, 25-15, 29-27).

Jozee Weaver and Ceayra Altman led the Lady Panthers with five kills each, while Leah Exley added four kills and five blocks.

Alexandria Johnston (10 set assists) and Alyssa Weaver (seven set assists, five aces) ran the Keystone offense.

         

Rosalie Carden had five kills and two aces for Karns City with Ashley Fox adding nine digs and two aces and Chavon McCanna five digs.

OTTO-ELDRED 3, PORT ALLEGANY 0

PORT ALLEGANY, Pa. – Emmalee Sheeler had 19 set assists and three aces to help visiting Otto-Eldred to a 3-0 (25-11, 25-17, 25-14) sweep over Port Allegany.

Reilly Raught and Haley Cousins were the recipients of many of Sheeler’s assists with Raught finishing the night with a match-high 10 kills to go with five blocks, four digs and three aces and Cousins adding si kills, eight digs and three aces.

Shannon Curfman paced Port Allegany with three kills, two aces and two blocks. Madeline Smith and Tori Tanner each had nine digs with Jade Evens adding eight digs. Marah Rush contributed eight set assists.

GALETON 3, COUDERSPORT 1

GALETON, Pa. – Ten kills, four digs, three aces and a block from Alexis Johnson helped Galeton to 3-1 (25-17, 27-25, 23-25, 25-22) win over visiting Coudersport.

Olivia Rohrbaugh added six kills, six digs, two assists and an ace for the Lady Tigers with Alli Macensky chipping in six kills, six digs, eight ace and three blocks, Makenna Shuemaker four kills, nine assists, 11 digs and an ace, Lauren Sauley three kills, six set assists, nine digs and two aces and Mikayla Schott four digs and five aces.

DUBOIS 3, PUNXSUTAWNEY 0

PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. – Bella Gregory had 14 kills and five aces to help visiting DuBois to a 3-0 (25-19, 25-11, 25-23) win over Punxsutawney.

Taylor Smith added five kills, five blocks and three aces for the Lady Beavers with Eden Galiczynski running the offense with 28 set assists while adding three aces and two blocks.

MAPLEWOOD 3, TITUSVILLE 0

MAPLEWOOD, Pa. – Chloe Leach had 14 kills and seven digs to lead Maplewood to a 3-0 (25-8, 25-9, 25-10) win over visiting Titusville.

Avery Brunot added five kills for the Tigers with Madalyn Woge adding 13 digs. Bailey Vardnell ran the offense with 17 set assists and four kills.

CLARION-LIMESTONE 3, VENANGO CATHOLIC 0

STRATTANVILLE, Pa. – Brooke Kessler and Cass Makray combined for nine kills to help Clarion-Limestone sweep visiting Venango Catholic, 3-0 (25-22, 25-11, 25-9).

Kessler led the Lady Lions with five kills while Makray had four. Kendall Dunn ran the offense with nine assists.

For Venango Catholic, Lauren Ronchi and Alyson Stewart each had three kills with Cheyanne Rudder chipping in for 12 digs.

MONITEAU 3, NORTH CLARION 1

FRILLS CORNERS, Pa. – Aslyn Pry had 17 kills and two blocks to lead Moniteau to a 3-1 (25-27, 25-15, 25-17, 25-23) win at North Clarion.

Logan Barnhart ran the Lady Warriors offense with 24 set assists while adding five aces.

Melia Baumcratz had eight kills for North Clarion with Sarah Aaron adding 13 set assists, Makenzie Lupole seven blocks and Alana Brooks and Kylie Disney seven digs each.

CRANBERRY 3, UNION 2

SENECA, Pa. – Behind 17 kills from Ava Ferringer, Cranberry topped visiting Union, 3-2 (24-26, 25-16, 25-15, 16-25, 15-12).

Ferringer added eight blocks for the Berries while Sara Allaman led the offense with 20 assists. Mackenzie Karnes had eight blocks and four kills with Maria Anderson chipping in nine kills and a block.

Dominika Logue paced the Lady Damsels with 12 kills. Haley Kriebel had five kills, Maggie Minick had four and Morgan Cumberland had a game-high 30 set assists.

CAMERON COUNTY 3, AUSTIN 0

EMPORIUM, Pa. – Cameron County swept visiting Austin, 3-0 (25-15, 25-8, 25-14).

The Lady Raiders were led by Morgan Lorenzo, who tallied six kills. Sophie Fragale had four kills with Hailey Hilfiger adding three.

Kenda Valenti paced the Lady Panthers with four kills in the loss.

NORTHERN POTTER 3, SMETHPORT 0

ULYSSES, Pa. – Faith Zdrojewski had 12 assists and two kills to lead Northern Potter past visiting Smethport, 3-0 (25-20, 25-16, 25-12).

Courtney Martin had 10 digs and two kills for the Lady Panthers while Lydia Zdrojewski had four kills and a pair of blocks. Madison Hoopes tallied nine digs and a kill.

In the loss, Baylee Fitzsimmons paced the Lady Hubbers with 12 digs. Dani Nelson added five kills with Alyn Thomas chipping in four.

BRADFORD 3, RIDGWAY 1

RIDGWAY, Pa. – Bradford earned a 3-1 (25-16, 23-25, 25-19, 25-30) road victory over Ridgway.

Emma Swanson led the Lady Owls with seven kills. Alice Ordiway tallied five kills while Alex Asp chipped in three.

Ridgway stats were not available.

BROCKWAY 3, DUBOIS CENTRAL CATHOLIC 2

DUBOIS, Pa. – Behind strong matches from Ciara Morelli, Mackenzie Webster and Zoe Moore, Brockway picked up its first victory in two years with a 3-2 (25-18, 27-25, 20-25, 12-25, 15-13) win at DuBois Central Catholic.

Final Brockway stats weren’t available, but the above-mentioned players led the way for the Lady Rovers, according to head coach Darren Morelli.

Morgan Tyler led DCC with six kills and four blocks, Savanah Morelli added five kills, six aces and 20 digs and Erin Maloney added 12 set assists.

CURWENSVILLE 3, BROOKVILLE 1

BROOKVILLE, Pa. – Alyssa Bakaysa had 12 kills to lead visiting Curwensville to a 3-1 (25-20, 20-25, 25-15, 25-22) win at Brookville.

Emma Caldwell ran the Lady Tide offense with 35 set assists and Allison Hess added six kills.

SAEGERTOWN 3, ROCKY GROVE 0

FRANKLIN, Pa. – Saegertown earned a 3-0 (25-20, 25-14, 25-17) victory over Rocky Grove on the road.

In the loss, Alexis Clark tallied five digs with Kennedi Winslow adding three kills for the Lady Orioles.

Mollie Pryzbrowski led Saegertown with eight kills and seven digs. Avarie Braymer added eight kills, while Ava Jones ran the offense with 27 set assists.

ELK COUNTY CATHOLIC 3, KANE 2

ST. MARYS, Pa. – Elk County Catholic rallied from a 2-1 deficit to defeat visiting Kane, 3-2 (26-24, 21-25, 22-25, 25-23, 15-10).

Maddie Marzzulo led the Lady Crusaders with 10 kills, Brooke Bauer added eight kills, Haley Baron had seven kills and three aces and Gabby Weisner chipped n seven kills. Former Kane setter Moira Stanisch ran the ECC offense with 29 set assists while adding eight kills and five aces.

Audri Marconi had a monster match for Kane with 20 kills, 13 digs, three aces and one tandem block. Emma Ely had a team-high 16 digs and Ronnie Costanzo adding 25 set assists, 13 digs and two aces. Sarri Swanson had five total blocks with Madi Stahl adding four blocks.
