BUTLER, Pa. – The McDowell boys’ volleyball team improved to 5-1 with a 3-0 (25-15, 25-22, 25-15) win over Butler on Friday.
Jaden Harper led the offensive attack for the Trojans with 11 kills to go along with nine digs, while Nate Hayes had 19 assists and nine kills.
Also pacing the Trojans were Andy Trost (7 kills, 8 digs), Daniel Easly (13 digs), and Will Dean (12 assists).
Butler was led by Caleb Proudfoot (6 kills), Cade Wheeler (6 kills), and Kaleb Wojnar (15 assists).
