BROOKVILLE, Pa. – District 9 announced its basketball playoff seedings Thursday.
Action is slated to start Tuesday, Feb. 21 with the boys’ Class 3A championship game and the girls’ Class 1A opening round game.
Action will conclude with five games on Super Saturday on Saturday, March 4, which will include the 1A and 2A boys and girls championship games and a subregional game at PennWest Clarion’s Tippin Gym.
Top seeds include Elk County Catholic (1A), Otto-Eldred (2A), Brookville (3A), and Clearfield (4A) on the boys’ side, and Otto-Eldred (1A), Redbank Valley (2A), Karns City (3A) and Punxsutawney (4A) on the girls’ side
