BROOKVILLE, Pa. – The District 9 Class 4A boys and girls basketball championship games have been moved from Friday to Thursday (March 2).
District 9 basketball chairman Dave Osborne said the games between No. 1 Clearfield and No. 2 St. Marys on the boys’ side and No. 1 Punxsutawney and No. 2 St. Marys on the girls’ were moved due to the forecast of inclement weather on Friday.
The games will still be played at PennWest Clarion’s Tippin Gym, with the girls’ game at 6 p.m. followed by the boys’ game at 7:30.
