DUBOIS, Pa. – Penn State DuBois basketball players Tara Hinderliter, a Redbank Valley graduate, and Lexey Shick, a Union alum, garnered USCAA Women’s Basketball Third-Team All American honors.
Hinderliter, also a first-team selection in the PSUAC West, led the team in scoring at 17.7 points per game and also pulled down 6.3 rebounds per game.
Shick, meanwhile, earned honorable mention status in the PSUAC, averaged 12.8 ppg. to go along with 5.8 rpg. and 4.2 assists per game.
Penn State DuBois finished the season with a record of 8-16.
The USCAA honors are voted on by coaches.
Selections for All-Conference are based upon nominations submitted by coaches and athletic directors and voted on by one representative from every campus.
