TITUSVILLE, Pa. – Clarion’s Devon Lauer shot a 37 to earn medalist honors and lead Clarion to a KSAC mega match win at Cross Creek.
It was the third-straight first-place finish for the Bobcats.
The Bobcats had a team score of 206, outdistancing second-place Moniteau (232) by 26 strokes. Clarion-Limestone was third at 250.
Moniteau’s Jacob Felsing was second with a 38, while Clarion’s Kam Kerle carded a 39, North Clarion’s Zeelan Hargendrader a 40, and Clarion’s McKayla Kerle rounded out the top five with a 42.
GROVE CITY WINS REGION 2 MEGA MATCH
HERMITAGE, Pa. – For the third time in as many chances, Grove City won a Region 2 mega match, this one at Tam O’Shanter.
Ethan Cunningham shot a 76, Tyler Hamilton a 79, and Trent Nemec an 81 for the Eagles.
West Middlesex’s Caden Bender had the low round of the day with a 73, as the Big Reds finished second at 333 (Grove City shot a team score of 320).
