Central Clarion’s Henry, Reynolds’ Bell Earn Jan. 15-20 TapNPay+ Wrestling Performances of the Week

WARREN, Pa. – Central Clarion’s Jake Henry and Reynolds’ Chase Bell earned the TapNPay+ District 9 and District 10 wrestling performances of the week for Jan. 15-20.

Henry had a strong performance in going 3-0 and taking first place at 160 pounds at the Mercer VFW Tournament.

Henry won all three of his bouts via pin at the tournament, including in just 45 seconds in the finals.

After a pin against Sharon on Wednesday, Bell went 5-0 on Saturday at the Brookville Ultimate Duals, helping the Raiders go 5-0 as a team.

Bell won three bouts by pin and another by major decision before the finale against Fort LeBoeuf. In that match, Bell, in the final bout with the score tied at 25, got a takedown to earn a 3-1 sudden victory decision over Jake Bennett to get the win for the Raiders.
