DUBOIS, Pa. Rylee Kulbatsky tossed 4 2/3 innings, allowing just one unearned run, and Lexi Berta and Kali Franklin had two hits and an RBI each as DuBois Central Catholic won the D9 Class 1A softball title, 6-2 over Elk County Catholic.
