Q&A

Q: How did you get involved in playing sports?
A: Both my parents and brother encouraged me to play sports while I was growing up.

Q: What is the most enjoyable thing you have ever had happen to you on an athletic field?
A: Winning a D9 title in both soccer and basketball. Both were great to experience with my team.

Q: If you could go to any event (it doesn’t have to be a sporting event) in the world, what would it be and why? *
A: I would go to a World Cup game with my family. I have been playing soccer since a very young age and it is a sport my family and I all enjoy watching.

Q: What teacher has had the most impact on you in school? Why?
A: I do not have a favorite since I have had wonderful teachers throughout my years of both elementary and high school.

Q: Do you have any superstitions in any of the sports you play?
A: I do not have many superstitions besides in basketball. Before a foul shot I always tap my right shoe two times and then dribble four times.

Q: You have one day where you can do anything your heart desires. Cost is not a factor. What would it be?
A: I would go see the Northern lights with my family and friends.

Q: If you could go back in time, where would you go and why?
A: I would go back to June 17th to see the Taylor Swift concert again. I have loved her music ever since I was young, and it was a great to experience with my friends.

Q: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the question/answer?
A: What is one tip you would tell younger athletes? My answer would be to
make friends with your teammates. Having a strong friendship and bonding with your teammates makes the sport a lot more enjoyable and makes you work together a lot better.
