Q&A

Q: How did you get involved in playing sports?
A: Funny story, I started playing YMCA Soccer at the age of six. My first
game I had to be pushed onto the field as I was crying saying, “I do not want to play.” I then got into travel soccer and continued to fall in love with the game. Shout out to Jon Sitler as my first soccer coach and my travel coach Dj Steinberg for putting in many hours helping me become the player I am today. When it came to basketball, I was always interested in playing as my dad loved the game and I looked up to him. He was a 1,000-point scorer in high school, and I’ve made it a goal for myself to hopefully do the same.

Q: What is the most enjoyable thing you have ever had happen to you on an athletic field?
A: Having the game winning goal in a championship game at the Cedar Point Sport Force Parks in 2022.

Q: If you could go to any event (it doesn’t have to be a sporting event) in the world, what would it be and why? *
A: I would go see a Lebron James last Lakers game because I want to see how old he gets until he decides to retire.

Q: What teacher has had the most impact on you in school? Why?
A: My health teacher, Amy Morrison because she showed me you can battle anything when something gets hard. To me, she is an example of a hard-working person and determination!

Q: Do you have any superstitions in any of the sports you play?
A: I need to put old spice deodorant on before I play!

Q: You have one day where you can do anything your heart desires. Cost is not a factor. What would it be?
A: I would go to the Dominican Republic because I’ve always loved the beach!

Q: If you could go back in time, where would you go and why?
A: I would go back to the 1900s to see my parents and what their generation looked like!

Q: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the question/answer?
A: Nope.
