Q&A

Q: How did you get involved in playing sports?
A: Softball – My dad played baseball all of his life and he just spread the love of the game to me, and I’ve had fun playing softball since I’ve been little. Volleyball – Ever since I was little I loved going to watch the varsity matches at school and I knew I wanted to play as soon as I could.

Q: What is the most enjoyable thing you have ever had happen to you on an athletic field?
A: Winning a District Championship all of my years so far in my high school career, and of course winning tournaments with my travel ball team during the summer time.

Q: If you could go to any event (it doesn’t have to be a sporting event) in the world, what would it be and why? *
A: I would love to go see Lady Gaga with my friends and just make it a fun event all together.

Q: What teacher has had the most impact on you in school? Why?
A: Mr. Murphy, he has shown me that it’s okay to struggle at times and sometimes the struggle makes you better in the long run.

Q: Do you have any superstitions in any of the sports you play?
A: I have my mom braid my hair before all my games.

Q: You have one day where you can do anything your heart desires. Cost is not a factor. What would it be?
A: Somewhere tropical that I can spend all day at the beach.

Q: If you could go back in time, where would you go and why?
A: I would love to go watch the Pirates play at Three Rivers Stadium.

Q: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the question/answer?
A: What are my future plans after high school graduation? I plan on going to college and pursuing special education/early childhood education and minoring in ASL.
