Q&A

Q: How did you get involved in playing sports?
A: It started with my parents signing me up for t-ball and other youth sports.

Q: What is the most enjoyable thing you have ever had happen to you on an athletic field?
A: Getting the opportunity to play in the PIAA playoffs as a freshman. Also being a state qualifier in cross country as a freshman and sophomore.

Q: If you could go to any event (it doesn’t have to be a sporting event) in the world, what would it be and why? *
A: The event I would like to go to I would need to be able to travel back in time so I could see Game 1 of the 1955 World Series when Jackie Robinson stole home against the New York Yankees.

Q: What teacher has had the most impact on you in school? Why?
A: The teacher that has had the most impact on me was Mrs. Deible. Mrs.
Deible has always supported me in all of my schoolwork. Not only does she support me academically, but she also encourages me in my extra-curricular activities.

Q: Do you have any superstitions in any of the sports you play?
A: For baseball I write in my hat: PAPA 42 21. It’s for my PAPA Lutz who passed away, Jackie Robinson, and Roberto Clemente.

Q: You have one day where you can do anything your heart desires. Cost is not a factor. What would it be?
A: I would rent an MLB Stadium and play baseball with my friends.

Q: If you could go back in time, where would you go and why?
A: I would go to April 15, 1947, and watch Jackie Robinson break the color barrier playing for the Brooklyn Dodgers.

Q: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the question/answer?
A: Nope.
