Q&A

Q: How did you get involved in playing sports?
A: My parents signed me up for T-Ball and I was hooked.

Q: What is the most enjoyable thing you have ever had happen to you on an athletic field?
A: Helping lead my team to clinching a spot in the PA Junior Legion State Tournament.

Q: If you could go to any event (it doesn’t have to be a sporting event) in the world, what would it be and why?
A: I would go to all of the MLB All-Star week events.

Q: What teacher has had the most impact on you in school? Why?
A: There’s two teachers that have equally impacted me the most in school. My second-grade teacher, Mrs. Varee, and my current accounting teacher, Mrs. Andrew. These two teachers have helped shape me into the student and person I am today.

Q: Do you have any superstitions in any of the sports you play?
A: I wear a signed “Clint Barmes” baseball card in my back right pocket every game.

Q: You have one day where you can do anything your heart desires. Cost is not a factor. What would it be?
A: I’d hit BP with Andrew McCutchen and take reps at shortstop with Clint Barmes.

Q: If you could go back in time, where would you go and why?
A: If I could go back in time, I’d go back to watching the 2013 NL Wild Card Game with my mom and dad in Pittsburgh.

Q: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the question/answer?
A: I wish you asked my Sheetz order. I always get five chicken tenders tossed in buffalo sauce, a cup of curly fryz, and two white milks.
