Keys to the season: Play good defense, be patient on offense, feed off of each other, trust your teammates. We have team defensive goals and will try to achieve them nightly. Play 4 quarters with high energy

Things your team was doing during the COVID-19 pause of winter sports: We have been doing things right since the fall.  We have been following protocols, keeping players away from the team that have been even slightly ill, we also wear masks in and out of practice. The players want the season so badly after missing so much last spring and this summer.  They have a renewed energy and enthusiasm that was missing in the past. Lastly, when we are not together we share game film and game plans for future opponents.  It has been a challenge, but all schools are facing similar challenges—-I just know in my mind that we are doing the right thing by following the orders demanded by the state and school district, even if others are not following mitigation orders.
