2019-20 Record: 15-9

Playoffs: Beat Moniteau, 53-42, in D9 3A semifinals; Lost to Brookville, 59-52, in D9 3A title game.

Top returning players: Carson Whiteman (Sr., G, 8.5 ppg, 2.1 apg), Zuke Smith (Sr., F, 8.3 ppg, 9.9 rpg)

Top players lost: Chad Greville (17.7 ppg, 1,343 career points),

Key newcomers: Bryce Bizzak (Sr., G; Will be a key contributor this year on both ends of the floor. He is a great shooter who has worked hard to become a good defender), Jake Costanzo (Jr, G; A guard who can also give us minutes at the forward position. His combination of high basketball IQ and athleticism will provide us with versatility in our styles of play)

Keys to the season: Offensively we are extremely versatile which will provide us with options depending on our opponents, but attention to detail within our defensive system will dictate what we achieve this year.

Things your team is doing during the COVID-19 pause of winter sports: Our team has held up well during the season’s moratorium, and the pandemic overall. We meet virtually a few times per week to break down film together, look at different tactics, and generally learn more about the game of basketball. We even have been having virtual game nights to provide some entertainment and levity during this difficult time.

The key for the safest return to play is coming together as a collective and being responsible and cautious in our efforts to continue this season. Every single player, coach, parent, and community member has a shared responsibility to follow set safety guidelines and mitigate the spread of this virus.
