The Karns City freshman’s overtime goal lifted the Lady Gremlins to their 25th title in program history, 2-1 over Brockway.
The finish was even more surprising given the way the game started, with Bree O’Donnell scoring in the first five minutes of the game and Brockway answering almost immediately to tie it.
That score held for the next 45-plus minutes until Brandon’s game-winner.
With the win, Karns City advances to play District 6 champion Bishop Guilfoyle in the first round of the PIAA playoffs on Tuesday, Nov. 7.
