HYDE, Pa. – Clearfield won four bouts by fall and four by decision in an impressive 48-11 win over St. Marys.
Adam Rougeux (133), Ty Aveni (152), Carter Chamberlain (215) and Nick Bailor (285) all won via pin for the Bison.
Cash Diehl at 121 (6-0), Colton Ryan at 139 (8-6) Will Domico at 160 (6-1) and Brady Collins at 172 (7-4) all notched wins via decision for Clearfield.
Aidan Beimel (8-2 at 127) and Grant Jin (12-8 at 189) won by decision for St. Marys, while Jaden Wehler earned an 18-3 tech fall at 145.
PUNXSUTAWNEY 30, BROCKWAY 27
BROCKWAY, Pa. – Back-to-back pins by Landon Martz at 189 and Austin Fischer at 215 clinched what turned out to be a 30-27 win for Punxsutawney over Brockway.
John Elick (160) also won by pin for Punxsy.
Jordan Rutan (6-5 at 133) and David Kunselman (8-4 at 145) won by decision for Punxsy.
Weston Pisarchick (127), Parker Pisarchick (139) and Dylan Bash (152) won via fall for Brockway, while Jonathan Winnings earned a 5-2 decision at 285.
