Q&A

Q: What was the first sport you played? Why did you play it? Did you like it?
A: The first sport I played was soccer and I played it because my older brother and sister played. When I was little I wanted to be like them so I played. I loved soccer. I think it helped shape me to be the athlete I am today.

Q: What is the most important factor in you being successful in high school athletics?
A: Confidence. I think if you have confidence in every move you make then you’ll go far and get to the places you want to be.

Q: What is your favorite non-sports “go-to” activity?
A: Relaxing and reading a good book.

Q: You could meet one sports figure, living or dead (1) who would it be and (2) what is the first thing you would ask them?
A: Steph Curry and I would ask him how he became one of the best shooters in the world.

Q: What is your favorite sport and if you could change one thing about your favorite sport, what would it be?
A: My favorite sport is basketball and I would add a shot clock to the high school level so teams can’t stall the ball for minutes at a time.

Q: If you could eat any food in the world right now, what would it be?
A: If I could eat any food it would be sushi.

Q: What is your ideal vacation spot?
A: Somewhere on a beach.

Q: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the question/answer?
A: No.
