Q&A

Q: What was the first sport you played? Why did you play it? Did you like it?
A: I’ve played a lot of sports from my childhood until now, but my first two sports that stuck with me the longest were basketball and softball, and I’ve loved them. Softball is my passion and my number 1 sport.

Q: What is the most important factor in you being successful in high school athletics?
A: The work I put in on and off the field in every season and the support of my parents encouraging me.

Q: What is your favorite non-sports “go-to” activity?
A: Weight lifting, and listening to music. If I could lift every day I would.

Q: You could meet one sports figure, living or dead (1) who would it be and (2) what is the first thing you would ask them?
A: I don’t have an idol or mentor, but I enjoy watching a variety of college sports.

Q: What is your favorite sport and if you could change one thing about your favorite sport, what would it be?
A: Softball, it is my passion, but I feel it would have been way more beneficial to have a middle school team in our area.

Q: If you could eat any food in the world right now, what would it be?
A: Chinese food all the way… or just a lot of sushi.

Q: What is your ideal vacation spot?
A: I don’t have a specific spot, but I love astronomy, so anywhere the sky is crystal clear at night. I’d rather sleep in, and stay up late.

Q: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the question/answer?
A: What is your favorite thing during a softball tournament? Celebrating a teammate’s success.
