This group of incoming Freshmen look to provide a renewed element of quickness, intensity, and fill some integral positions that have been vacated.
Keys to the season: We have struggled in the past to score and need to get more aggressive on offense. This year, we will work to develop more of a scoring mentality. Our Freshmen will get significant playing time, and we need them to rise to the challenge of varsity play.
Things your team was doing during the COVID-19 pause of winter sports: Our team has followed the COVID-19 regulations that were released very early in the season. The athletes and coaching staff have remained connected through our team messaging app. We asked the athletes to continue working to get and stay in shape over this time without formal practices. The keys to returning to play will be intense focus, discipline, and an extreme amount of effort as we prepare for gameplay with only a few practices.
