Union/ACV’s Smith Named KSAC Field MVP; Karns City’s Kelly, North Clarion’s Burford co-Track MVPs

TIONESTA, Pa. – Union/A-C Valley’s Hayden Smith was named the KSAC Field MVP, and Karns City’s Zach Kelly and North Clarion’s Mason Burford earned KSAC Track MVP honors as voted on by the league’s coaches.

Smith was first team in the high jump, second team in the 110-meter hurdles, and was a member of Union/A-C Valley’s first-team 400-meter relay team.

Kelly was first team in the 100-meter dash and was a member of the first-team Karns City 1,600-meter relay team and the second-team Karns City 4o0-meter relay team.

Burford was first team in the 110-meter hurdles, second team in the 100 and 400-meter dash, and was a member of North Clarion’s second-team 1,600-meter relay team.

Keystone’s Johnny Hansford was the lone double individual first-team selection earning the nod in the 1,600-meter run and the 3,200-meter run.
