• Karns City grad Alyssa Stitt doubled and drove in a pair of runs and McDowell grad Rachel Helsley went 3-for-4 with a solo home run to lead Clarion to the win over St. Cloud State.
• In Game 2, Clearfield grad Emma Hipps tossed seven shutout innings to improve to 4-0. Hipps struck out seven, allowed just three hits, and didn’t issue a walk. Desi Allen doubled had three hits and drove in three runs, while Tori Martrano also had three RBI.

• Annika Rinehart went 3-for-3 with five RBI to power Grove City, while Brooke Brodie had three RBI and drove in three runs for Grove City.
