Eighteen D9/D10 Softball Players Named Big Time Softball All-State Softball

Eighteen District 9 and District 10 softball players were named to the Big Time Softball All-state softball teams.

Seven of those players were named first team, including three in Class 1A from PIAA 1A champion Dubois Central Catholic.

Representing DCC on the first team are Rylee Kulbatsky (pitcher), Melia Mitskavich (third base), and Jessy Frank (catcher).

Sharpsville’s Lily Palko (2A shortstop), Clearfield’s Ruby Singleton (4A outfielder), Cathedral Prep’s Maddison Simmerman (4A third base), and DuBois’s Morgan Pasternak (5A outfielder) were also named first-team players.

Second-team selections in Class 1A include DCC’s Lauren Davidson (second baseman) and Camrbridge Springs’s Kylee Miller (outfielder).

                  

Class 2A second-team choices are Wilmington’s Avery Harlan (outfielder) and Skylar Leishman (outfielder) and Curwensville’s Addison Siple (pitcher).

Class 3A second-team selections are Harbor Creek’s Addison Lucas and Sharon’s Maddy Vogan, both as pitchers.

In Class 4A second-team choices are Franklin’s Rilee Hanna (outfielder), Hickory’s Hallie Miller (shortstop), and Meadville’s Addysom Kregel (second baseman).

In Class 6A, McDowell’s Gabby Deluca was second-team pitcher.
