TRACK AND FIELD

BOYS: BRADFORD 87, ST. MARYS 63
GIRLS: BRADFORD 82.3, ST. MARYS 66.6

ST. MARYS, Pa. – For the Bradford boys, Manny Diaz won the 800, 1600, and 3200, while Brayden Friar won the 400 and 300 hurdles, Chase Winberg won the 110 hurdles and high jump, and Patrick French the shot put and discus.

For the St. Marys boys, Matthew Davis won the 100 and 200.

                  

For the Bradford girls, Abigail Schleicher won the 100, 200, and 400, and Alexa Corignani the 100 hurdles and the high jump.

For the St. Marys girls, Maura Caskey won the 300 hurdles and the high jump, and Rylee Nicklas the discus and javelin.

GIRLS: WARREN 113, KANE 33
BOYS: KANE 75, WARREN 75

WARREN, Pa. – Warren’s girls rolled to the win, while Kane won in a tiebreaker on the boys’ side based on most tiebreakers, 10-8.

                          

For the Warren girls, Lilly Newton (400, high jump), Shyann Rulander (800, 1600), and Lindsay Madigan (100, triple jump) were all double individual event winners for the Warren girls.

For Kane, Sam West won the 100 and 200, and Sam Lundeen the high jump and long jump.

For the Warren boys, Sam Lindell won the 1600 and 3200, and Ethan Best the 110 and 300 hurdles.

GIRLS: KARNS CITY 98, REDBANK VALLEY 52

               

KARNS CITY, Pa. – Karns City’s Sophia Bonetto (3200 relay, 1600, 800) was a triple winner for Karns City, while Ava Fox (shot put, triple jump), McKenna Martin (200, 400 relay) and Chloe Fritch (100 hurdles, 300 hurdles) were double winners.

For Redbank Valley, Mylee Harmon won four events (100, 400, high jump, 1600 relay), while Alivia Huffman won the long jump and javelin.

BOYS VOLLEYBALL

ROCKY GROVE 3, CONNEAUT 2

LINESVILLE, Pa. – It was Rocky Grove earning a hard-fought 3-2 (25-22, 23-25, 25-21, 20-25, 15-11) over Conneaut.

Alex Zinz had 15 kills to go along with 12 points and four digs to help pace the Rocky Grove offense.

Also pacing the Orioles were Camron King (22 points, 6 kills, 8 blocks), Blayne Baker (23 points, 14 kills, Joshua Stevenson 19 points, 2 blocks, 35 assists), Wyatt Gregory (17 points, 4 kills), Avery Purich (15 points, 9 digs) and Wyatt Bell (4 kills).

ECC 5, ST. MARYS 2

ST. MARYS, Pa. – Elk County Catholic’s Anthony Messineo (6-4, 6-4) and Cam Klebacha (6-0, 6-1) won in singles action, and Messineo and Klebacha (8-4) and Julian Junaki and Owen Daghir (8-0) and Ben Reynolds and William MacDonald (8-8 ((7-5)) won in doubles action for Elk County Catholic.

For St. Marys, Blake Hoffman (6-2, 6-4 ((15-13)) and Dean Rakieski (6-4, 4-6 ((10-3)) won in singles action.
