Three From Hickory, St. Marys’ Bauer Named To Pa. Football Writers’ Class 3A All-State Team

The District 10 Class 3A champion Hickory Hornets had three players named to the Pa. Football Writers’ Class 3A All-State Team on Tuesday.

Quarterback Michael Henwood, wide receiver Ramarion Whitehead and linebacker Jackson Prtys all made the squad for Hornets

Also, St. Marys senior Garret Bauer, who helped pave the way for an offense that averaged more than 40 points per game on their way to a second-place finish in D9, was tabbed on the offensive line.

Henwood (2,130 passing yards, 21 TDs; 943 rushing yards, 13 TDs and Whitehead (57 receptions, 941 yards, 8 TDs) had a special connection for the Hornets this season, while Pryts had 109 tackles to lead the defense.
