GREENVILLE, Pa. – Westminster College first-year wide receiver Tylon Eilam (Sharon, PA / Sharon Area) was named the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Rookie of the Week.
Eilam hauled in seven catches for 125 yards and a pair of touchdowns Friday night in Westminster’s 32-22 PAC North Division victory over visiting Carnegie Mellon. He scored on a 44-yard pass from junior Cole Konieczka (Coraopolis, PA / Moon Area) in the second quarter and on a 30-yard pass in the third to give the Titans a 22-15 advantage. Eilam has 21 catches for 261 yards and three scores this season.
The Titans will host Washington & Jefferson (3-0, 2-0), the winners of the PAC South, for the PAC Title on Friday, April 23 at 7 p.m.
